Robot facilitates EMI test: Faster fault finding at Lufthansa Technik 👏Strict tests must be passed during product testing. One of these is the test for electromagnetic interference (EMI). Here, the radio emission must not exceed a certain value, which is checked by an elaborate test. If it fails, engineers painstakingly search for the problematic area - up to 10 days per component. Our new project uses a robotic arm: It quickly finds the faulty areas with too much emission. Special software displays the results, and engineers evaluate them. This saves an enormous amount of time. The increasing demand for EMC tests can thus be better managed. Just the right project for our #TechieTuesday 💙✈#ExploreLufthansaTechnik #LufthansaGroup #OurPeopleAreOurBrand

Comment your views - As the world shifts towards EVs and advanced "By-Wire" systems, the surge in demand for calibration engineers will be inevitable. Product differentiation now hinges not just on technology, but on the user experience — where calibration plays a crucial role.Just an example below. On how a steer-by-wire steering requires H-U-G-E work on caliberation than mechanical/System level development! In this evolving scene, will calibration engineers turn out to be the architects of user satisfaction, shaping the future of mobility one adjustment at a time?
